Returns & Refunds Policy

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us with the subject line “Return: Damaged or Defective Item – [Order Number]” and include a photo. We will review your request immediately and arrange for a replacement.

Our return policy applies only to items with manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or missing parts. Refunds or exchanges are not available once products have been delivered in good condition. For assistance, please visit our Contact Us page or submit a support ticket.

Returns

We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Proof of purchase must be included with the return. Certain products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable products. Please note that returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery (especially for fragile products). After this period, we cannot process refunds or exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at support@primewristx.com

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing may take 3–5 business days. If the refund is still not received, please contact us at email.
